Delivery Policy 

We provide delivery services directly through our own delivery team to ensure quality and reliability.

Delivery terms:

• Delivery is available within designated service areas only.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic or operational conditions.
• A minimum order value of EGP 200 applies to delivery orders.
• Delivery fees are calculated and added at checkout.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

No-Show Policy:

• If the customer is unavailable at the provided delivery address or does not respond to contact attempts at the time of delivery, the order will be considered a No-Show.
• In No-Show cases, the order will be marked as delivered, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

We reserve the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery orders in repeated No-Show cases.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

• If the customer selects Cash on Delivery, payment must be made upon order arrival.
• The customer may not refuse the order once it has been prepared and delivered correctly according to the order details.
• Refusal to pay or accept a correctly delivered order may result in account restriction or future order limitations.
